a)  Understand the different types of mediumship and find which are best suited to your personal spiritual development at this time 

b) Make contact with your Spirit Guides and Teachers and to learn how to recognise and communicate with them

c)  Gain knowledge of and try out the spiritual tools which can help you on your journey  

d) Put in place processes and procedures which ensure proper respect and safety of yourself and others

e)  Help you establish a way of life that brings soul progress with a responsible, enjoyable and loving intent

f) Learn to deal with ego, blockages, distractions, diversions and doubts

g) Help you cultivate unity and openness:

h) Identify your own spiritual objectives motivated by honesty, respect and love

i) Support one another in a non-judgemental way     

j) Accept that your life will constantly change, but that YOU are in charge
