THE BODY
30 minutes exercise relieves stress and will make you feel good.
Stand straight, relaxed, and smile.
Eat fruit and vegetables, grains and pulses. Drink plenty of water.
One hour’s daylight outdoors a day.

Happiness is in each moment.
Get the most out of each moment.
Memories are made up of special moments, how many can you make?
Each day is a new beginning.
SELF IMAGE
Be happy with yourself.
Every person is special, and so are you.
You are not what other people criticise you to be.
Change the negative things that you do.
Act as you wish you were, and become it.
GOALS
Goals give reasons to live, go through them regularly.
HUMOUR
Alleviates stress.
Creates feelings of happiness.
Laughing improves concentration and problem solving.
Look for the funny side.
Don’t worry about the small things, and most things are small.
FORGIVENESS
Everybody makes mistakes, including you.
These must be forgiven.
Don’t criticise until you’ve walked in someone’s shoes for two weeks.
GIVING
The more you give the happier you are.

RELATIONSHIPS
The quality of your life is the quality of relationships.
Relationships make good times better and hard times easier.
Treat everyone as though you won’t see them again.

Creates trust, peace of mind and freedom from doubt, worry, fear and anxiety.
